BathAndKitchenShop.com will email you a tracking number so you can track the order and check on the delivery status. US and Canada shipments usually arrive 7-10 business days from the time the order is processed.

Items in-stock
Items in stock will next business day from the date of placing the order and usually arrives 7 – 10 business days from the time they leave the warehouse.

Items not in-stock
Items not in stock usually takes approximately 15 – 20 days after the order is processed to arrive at the shipping address. BathAndKitchenShop.com will keep you up to date regarding the shipment.

 Special Order Items (custom orders according to the either needs to be produced according to the customer’s requirements)

Damaged & Defective Goods
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. In such situations, BathAndKitchenShop.com would do everything possible to resolve the situation without any cost to you. To adhere to this level of service, the customer is required to perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery and report any damage immediately upon receipt of shipment.

Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if the customer fails to notify BathAndKitchenShop.com of defective or damaged merchandise within ONE BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT.

Cancellations:
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, or delivery, payment will be refunded in full, minus any and all costs already incurred by BathAndKitchenShop.com  at that time. Payment for cancellations will be made to the original purchaser and credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Cancellations received after shipping are treated as a returns – see Returns section below for details.

Returns:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please e-mail us at info@bathandkitchenshop.com to obtain an RMA. The reason for the return must be clearly stated in the e-mail. Before taking any action you must have received a response from BathAndKitchenShop.com, with an RMA number. All shipments sent to BathAndKitchenShop.com without an RMA number will be refused and the associated charges will be the sole responsibility of the sender. Please note; no returns will be accepted or any credits granted without an authorized RMA.
All claims for non-damaged returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of merchandise, and only apply to merchandise in perfect (as-shipped) condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

The following types of items may not be returned under any circumstance:
Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled
To provide any credit or replacement units we must first have a chance to receive and completely inspect your return. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be provided based on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and any return shipping charges and minus a 15% restocking/re-handling charge..

If you refuse an item delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than externally visible damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a customer return and charges described above shall be applied. Any additional freight carrier charges shall be billed to you.
Items being returned must ALWAYS be sent via ground transportation, insured by the sender. The sender is responsible for arranging the shipping carrier and pick-up for delivery back to BathAndKitchenShop.com, unless the return is due to no fault of the sender (for example, damaged merchandise or wrong item received). Shipping charges for items that are sent back by any means other than ground transportation will be the responsibility of the sender. This includes when the item is being returned at our expense. BathAndKitchenShop.com will arrange the pickup and pay the freight and insurance for items returned due to manufacturer error, damages or any other reason that is not caused by the purchaser.
Payment for returns and/or refunds will be made to the original purchaser and credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Duties and Taxes may apply depending on purchased product’s manufacturing Country. You hereby acknowledge to bear all costs related to this, in the event it becomes applicable.
